NEW:

• A solution for document cross-checking in order to identify incorrect invoices by invoiced sum - instead of checking all invoices one by one, and algorithm  is capable to validate unlimited amount of documents in seconds

• • a solution is based on OCR - Optical character recognition is a conversion of images into machine-encoded text from a scanned document, a photo of a document or simple PDF file;
  • when OCR solution is activated an attached document will be scanned by an API based engine and invoice date and sum will be autofilled automatically;
  • in case an invoice sum does not march a final price of the shipment - as user will be notified and warned to check the attached invoice;

• A new API endpoint to upload documents to shipments and reservations - from now on users will be able to upload documents from any 3rd party system automatically using our integration tools:

• A new webhook to retrieve files from shipments and reservations when document was imported to GoRamp

• A new setting for a warehouse manager to control if mandatory fields are applicable or not when creating recurring reservations and assigning to carrier by account or user - applicable for Order number field only

• • setting is controlled on warehouse level;
  • in case the option is activated, warehouse manager is able to create recurring bookings without selecting order number and assign the reservation to carriers;
  • carriers then will be able to access those bookings and fill in missing information plus select an assigned order;

• Users will not be able to set an unloading date that is earlier than loading when creating shipments
• Users will receive one general email informing about multiple canceled reservations in case a ramp, warehouse was deleted or recurring reservation has been canceled
• When importing shipments from file users will be able to download an import template
• When importing lane pricing with assigned carrier, imported companies are not visible to all lanes after parameters mapping - SOLVED
• Date and time logging for messages in the chat of shipments
