Checking In and out of an appointment

You can check in for your appointment by clicking on the Appointment ID found in the email about your reservation:

The same page will be used for check in and check out, so keep the page open until you leave the territory of the warehouse.

First, you will be asked to choose your preferred language. Once done, click “Continue”:

Next, you will be asked to enter your appointment ID.  Once entered, click “continue”.

Note: Appointment ID’s can be found under “Yard” module  or in emails that you received about the appointment.

Next, you will be asked to add in the plate number of your vehicle and your personal details (Name, Phone). Once done, click “Continue”

Next, you will then receive instructions on where to move your vehicle. This marks your check - in as done.

After your truck is loaded/unloaded and you are about to proceed to the departure gates, bring up the site again and complete the check-out
