What does an inaccessible reservation look like?
When you create a reservation, it appears blue and you’re able to click on it:
However, when you come back to it later, you may notice it’s red, doesn’t contain any details and is impossible to click:
What are the possible causes for not being able to access your reservation and how to solve them?
1. Creating the reservation as an unregistered user
This is the most likely cause of this issue and the method of fixing it is going to depend on the exact situation you’re in.
If you do not have a GoRamp account:
- You must access the warehouse while using the same browser session you used when creating the reservation (highly unreliable)
- You can access the reservation by following the link in the reservation’s confirmation email:
If you have a GoRamp account:
- If you created the reservation while not logged into your account and later want to access it while logged in, you will need to log out of your account and access the reservation through the link in the confirmation email.
