After filling in all the mandatory fields and clicking “save” an error message appears and the reservation is not saved and does not appear in general calendar view.

What are the possible causes for encountering a blank page and how to solve them?
1. Not all mandatory fields are filled in
Most commonly, not all mandatory fields are filled in. Please double-check the information that you entered within the reservation form
- All mandatory fields are marked as * in the reservation form
- After saving, all missing mandatory fields are highlighted in red
2. The reservation cannot be created because of warehouse restrictions and limitations.
Possible errors and their meanings:
- Reservation time must be after the maximum allowed reservation creation time - this indicates that you are creating the reservation too early. Please choose a different time for your reservation.
- Daily limit of the warehouse is already reached - please choose another day - this means that the reservation that you are booking is breaching set warehouse unit capacity limits. Please try creating a reservation for a different day.
- Selected time overlaps with other reserved time - It means that your reservation overlaps with an existing booking. To alleviate this, check the calculated reservation time (Visible in load types and/or start/end times in reservation form) and try searching for a slot/several free slots that would cover that timeframe.
- Selected period is disabled - the time that you chose for your reservation occurs on a period in which the warehouse cannot take in any reservations. Please choose a different time.
3. Not all fields are filled in the correct format
Your reservation might not be saved because of the format of the information that you provided. Some fields within reservation forms have to be filled in in a specific format. Explanations for how they should be filled are displayed under the field. Some examples:
Double - check the data you entered and re-write it according to the instructions seen in the form. Then try saving again.
