In this article, you will learn the potential causes of not being able to see a shipment you created or a shipment that was assigned to you and how to fix it.
What are the possible causes for not finding a shipment and how to solve them?
1. Using filters
If you have certain filters selected, you may not be able to find the shipments you need. This is the most common cause of this issue so we advise you to do the following checks before moving on:
- Make sure you have no filters selected.
- If you have filters selected (a number appears on the “Filter” button), click the “Clear” button to remove them:
2. No relationships between companies/managers.
Here is how to check whether you have a relationship with a company and how to create one:
- Go to the “Companies” tab in the side menu:
There you will see a list of companies you have a relationship with. - If the company you are looking for is not there, you can create a relationship with them by asking them to share their warehouse link with you. The warehouse links are found at the bottom of "Reservations" tab:
3. Shipments not properly assigned to a carrier
In some cases, the client may not have actually assigned the shipment to you. The best solution here is to reach out to one of the client’s managers and ask them to double-check their shipments.
