We are excited to announce the release of version 2.80.0, featuring new functionalities, enhancements, and bug fixes to optimize your workflows and improve usability.

 

New Features:

Driver Self Check-In:

  • Customizable Check-In Validation Fields:

    • Warehouse operators can now choose which fields drivers can use for check-in validation via a new section in "Appointment Settings."

  • Available fields for selection:

    • Reference ID
    • Order Number
    • Vehicle Plate Number

Check-In Tolerance Settings:

  • Operators can define tolerance windows:

    • Before Reservation/Appointment Start
    • After Reservation/Appointment Start

Important Note:

Validation using Order ID and Vehicle Plate Number is only applicable when check-in is performed for a reservation.

 

Appointments:

  • Enhanced Email Notifications:

    • Appointment creation emails now include direct links to the appointment for easier access.

Dashboards:

  • New Widget: Reservations Count by Status

    • Displays the number of reservations in each status.

  • Includes filtering options by:

    • Date periods
    • Warehouses
    • Load types
    • Transport types
    • Ramps 

Bug Fixes:

  • Direct Appointment Links:

    • Resolved an issue where direct appointment links returned a 500 error.

  • Miscellaneous Fixes:

    • Various bug fixes to improve stability and performance.
