Reservations

One-Time Disabled Periods

  • Users can now create one-time disabled periods for ad-hoc situations, a new "Disable period" button is available for internal warehouse employees.
  • Allows setting a disabled period for a specific ramp, on a selected day, within a single time block.
  • The created disabled period inherits all standard properties of existing disabled periods.

Yard Map Filters

  • Users can now manage, create, and share filters using various attributes in Yard Map.

Automatic Pick-Up Task

  • During check-out, users can now enable an automatic pick-up task if no trailer is attached. Only detached trailers currently in the yard will be available for selection.

Reservations

  • Reservation cancellation reason comment is now mandatory for carriers.
  • Updates about reservation changes now include Appointment/Reference ID (if driver check-in is enabled).

Task Module

  • Users can now select the Yard from a dropdown when accessing Task module
  • Users can no longer edit vehicle plate numbers during check-out.

Vehicle Module

  • Vehicle create form: Yards are now pre-selected when creating a vehicle.
  • Workflow is pre-selected if only one is available.
  • Redundant "Create" button removed from the vehicle creation form.

Check-In/Check-Out Forms

  • Assignee fields are now displayed only if a value is defined in the workflow. If displayed, the field is visible but disabled to show the preselected value.

Workflow Configuration

  • Removed redundant settings such as “Enable plate number matching” and default values like “with trailer” and “loaded” for a cleaner configuration setup.

 

Maintenance

Check-In / Check-Out Flow Refactor

  • The check-in and check-out processes have been refactored to improve scalability and ensure future system flexibility.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the datepicker would occasionally appear behind modals, making it unusable.
  • Various other minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
  • Users were not redirected to the original warehouse when cancelling copy/transfer actions.
  • Homepage settings were not applied correctly; users are now redirected to their set homepage after login.
  • Shipment chat displayed UTC instead of the user's local timezone.
  • SMS was not sent upon successful driver check-in.
  • Fixed issue where reservations were duplicated after cancelling a drag-and-drop action.
