Our team categorises issue severity on the following attributes:
- Critical: Issues affecting all system users;
- High: Issues affecting a significant business process or a significant number of users;
- Medium: Individual user issues affecting productivity;
- Low: Non-urgent issues that do not affect productivity.
You can find the severities and expected resolution times at the table below:
