Add Orders to Your Reservation

1. Access our system via https://app.goramp.eu/ ;
2. Log in with your email and password;
3. Navigate to the "Reservations" tab;
4. Select a load type and a transport type (if applicable);
5. Hover over the calendar to select the date and time you want for your new reservation;
6. Click on an empty time slot;
7. This brings up up the menu we call the reservation form;

To add orders to your new reservation:

• You can click on the expandable menu on the right, called "Documents, Followers, Orders"
• Use the convenient "+" button that redirects you straight to the "Orders" tab

The "Orders" tab allows you to quickly select and assign multiple orders to the reservation with just a few clicks.

The "Orders" tab also allows you to:

• • • • • • • • • • • Limit order amount per page
                    • View all order data
                    • Manage order statuses
                    • Only see what's relevant to you by filtering

ONCE YOU SELECT YOUR ORDERS: Don't forget to go through the rest of the reservation form! Date and time will be pre-filled from the time slot of your choosing. Fill-in the mandatory fields and other relevant info. Click "Save" to finalize the reservation The reservation will then appear in the calendar; all stakeholders will be informed of this event.  And you are done!
