Creating your first warehouse reservation
- Make sure you are signed in
- Select the right client/warehouse from the selection
- Choose the load/transport type
- Fill-in the reservation form

Managing your reservations
- Access the reservation form
- You can either do it manually via the app, or via email
- Navigate the system to make changes
Creating a reservation for an order
- Select a time slot that works for you and is available in the client's warehouse
- Click on it to open the reservation form
- You can click on the expandable menu on the right, called "Documents, Followers, Orders" ( or use the convenient "+" button in the reservation form that redirects you straight to the "Orders" tab)
- Locate your order from the selection and click to add it
- Finalise the reservation form and save
Setting up notifications
- You can find your notification settings by clicking the “Bell” icon and navigating to the “Manage notification settings” section
- Decide whether you need in-app notifications, emails, or both
- Select which you want to receive
- Save changes
Choosing the correct warehouse
- Your browser might default you to the last warehouse you've visited.
- If you are working with multiple clients, double-check if the correct warehouse is selected (name is on top of the page)
- If it's not correct, use the "Change Selection" button.
- Click "Go Back" in the warehouse selection screen and choose the correct company.
