Before you proceed
We strongly advise to make a free carrier account in the system (click here for registration FAQs), because this allows for much quicker work with reservations and gives you more control over how you can manage them.
Why make an account?
If you need to make changes to a reservation you've already made, you will need to open the reservation form again.
Unregistered users can open reservations via email:

Creation, Modification and other emails will contain a link that will take you back to the calendar and they automatically open the reservation form, too.
Important: If you've made a reservation without registration, this is the only way to open the reservation.
While you can still access the reservation via the same browser session shortly after it was created, the option to do so becomes unavailable after some time for privacy reasons.
If that happens, you should use the email link.
For registered users
- You can also open the client's warehouse and search for a reservation manually
- You have the notification center that has hyperlinks to all reservations and more
- You are able to create relationships with your partners, allowing quick access to their warehouses
What can you do with a reservation?
- Make a copy reservation (using the original as a template)
- Add orders to a reservation
- View activity and changes to the reservation
- Attach files

Edit reservation form details
- When the reservation details table shows up, you can click on any available field e.g. “Carrier Name” and edit it.
- Once you finish editing fields, make sure to press the “Save” option at the bottom to save the edited changes.

Change the date/time

After accessing the client's warehouse, while in the Calendar view, find your reservation and you can move it to the desired time by dragging it with your mouse cursor.

Alternatively, you can click on the reservation, which will open up the details table. There select the “Transfer” option and you will be able to choose an available time to move your reservation to.

Cancel the reservation
- Open the reservation confirmation email, as it contains a direct link to the reservation, or locate it manually via calendar view.

Once you've accessed the reservation, you will see a panel allowing you to copy, delete, move the reservation. Select delete.
