There are few possibilities, why you are unable to access GoRamp system:
1. Username used to log into GoRamp system is incorrect.
The username will always be the email used during registration.
The system will check if the email is in the database, ("Such user does not exist") error will appear if it isn't.
It will also verify whether it's a valid email ("Email: This field must be a valid email address"), so make sure to check for any typos.
2. Username is correct, but Password is incorrect.
An error message saying "User name or password is incorrect" will appear. You should re-confirm the password you are using and use the "Forgot password?" function as needed.

3. User has been created, but it has not yet been confirmed.
When you sign up for GoRamp, you'll receive an email containing a verification link to confirm your email address.
This is a mandatory step to finalise the registration process.
You will need to click the green hyperlink/verification link within the email to complete the process and verify your email address.
Please ensure to check both your inbox and spam folder for this email.
4. User has been created and confirmed, but an existing Company employee has not yet approved the User.
When you try to register with an existing company, you need one of its current employees to confirm your request to finalise the process.
You should contact a colleague working in the same company as you and ask them to approve your account.

5. Expired password
