This article overviews Roles and permissions tab, which can be used to manage access for your company employees. For assistance to set up your Roles and permissions, follow steps provided below:
1. Go to the "Settings" section on the bottom left.
2. Select "Roles and permissions" from the list
3. To create a new role for your company employees click "Create new role"
Overview of permissions:
- General settings - in this section you can provide access to perform actions such as: Update company info; Create new users; Manage roles & permissions; Assign roles to users; Change warehouses' attributes (load and transport types, reservation fields, time intervals)
- Orders - This section is to provide access to perform actions with own or all orders (access, create, accept, edit, delete)
- Reservations - This section is to provide access to perform actions with own or all reservations (access, create, accept, edit, delete)
- Warehouses - Here you can provide access, update, delete to specific warehouses as well as provide access to create new ones
Note - You can select if provided access is given to all company concerned orders/reservations or just the ones created or managed by specific user. For example if in Orders section you select "Update all orders" user with such Role will be able to amend every order company has created. If you check "Update own orders" user will only be able to change details for his own created orders. Please note that you do not need to select both options while providing role permissions.
4. Once you applied desired changes to your accesses, click "Apply changes"
