General improvements
Driver Checkin-in form
Trailer number can be can be set as a non-mandatory field.
Trailer number can additionally be hidden from the check-in form via Workflow/Steps/Check-in task:
Mobile devices/Tablets now have card view
All mobile devices now have the option to access card view
When Accessing Goramp on a mobile device, there is an option to view lists/tables via cards. This options is enabled for:
- Appointments
- Tasks
- Vehicles
- Shipments
- Reservations
- History
You can select and automatically save your preferred view. The selection will be stored via your browser data and will automatically open every time you access these tables via your device.
You can always use the switcher to change your preferred selection:
Mobile (card) view has its separate set of columns:
By default, a small set of system fields is included. You can always include what you feel is relevant and the changes will be saved for each module/table you are viewing individually.
Appointment decline emails
Appointment decline emails now inform the relevant parties of the decline reason and comment:
Action links
Action links are now available as a new feature:
When configured, generates a link/QR code that requests truck plate # or reservation ID:
When provided, updates the status of the reservation. Can be used to track/timestamp arrivals to ramp/inside premises.
Tags & Yard map
Tags applied to vehicles are now visible via the yard map:

Registration form
A simpler/more intuitive registration form was introduced and is available to all users.
SMS status preview
You can now view the status for your SMS messages for each task in an appointment:
VUE3 migration
- Shipments/History/Unplanned orders - all migrated to VUE3.
- Users can switch between new and old UI/design for the time being.
Appointments planned date&time
A new column was introduced that merges both date&time:
- Allows for more/easier sorting options.
- Is included in exports.
- By default, is included in active column list for all users.
- Does not affect previous filters/exports. Planned date/time remain as individual fields to support saved filters.
Support/help widget display on mobile devices
- Widget is no longer being shown on mobile devices when logged-in and using the system on mobile devices.
- Widget always remains available when using desktop view.
- Login/registration pages still include the widget, on all devices, to offer assistance to all users.
Improved reservation swap/transfer/drag & drop logic
- Entries can now be amended even if the destination ramp doesn't have the the load type that was selected when creating the reservation.
- Ex. when dragging to a ramp that didn't have the initial load type, the reservation form opens.
- Promps the user to select from one of the load types assigned to the destination ramp.
- Reservation end-time/duration is now calculated based on the newly selected load type.
- Ex. when dragging to a ramp that didn't have the initial load type, the reservation form opens.
Default cancellation reasons
- Upon initial setup, a default (system) list of reservation/appointment/task cancellation reasons is now generated.
- This means that entries can be immediately cancelled with no extra input required from the user.
- If additional cancellation reasons are needed, they can be configured via "Reason assignments".
Bug fixes & other improvements
- Multiple websockets were updated to include additional refresh events (when creating/updating/deleting entries from the system.
- Enables the user to view most recent data without the need for manual page refreshes after making changes.
- A layer of settings was tied to relevant features.
- This means that the settings are only displayed once a relevant feature is enabled
- Configuring account settings became more intuitive.

- A default schedule is now created upon initial setup.

- Created a fallback logic when no duration is present in the load type when carrier makes a reservation.
- Ramp interval is used to calculate reservation duration instead.
- Fixed Shipments/Appointment export issues.
- All recurring reservations now display a cancellation reason in activity log.
- Fixed an issue where attempting to block partner companies did not work.
- Fixed an issue where users weren't able to create an appointment without selecting a Yard.
- Fixed an issue where creating recurring reservations with attached files resulted in an error.
- Multiple minor bug fixed.
