GoRamp Release Notes — v.2.144.0
Release date: Jul 15th, 2026
Notification improvements
A new logic was introduced to appointments:
When the system detects user has no appointment-related notifications enabled, they will be prompted when saving a new appointment.
Clicking "enable" turns all notifications (both email and in-app).
Window can be closed or completely dismissed.
Mimics the logic in "Reservations"
Improved task editing logic
Appointment tasks can now be edited before check-in was completed/appointment was moved to "in-progress" status.
This allows for more flexibility with pre-filling information that wasn't known/included in the workflow.
NANP country code display for phone numbers
- All NANP countries were included as an option when a user provides their phone # via the dedicated field.
- This means that the respective country is now correctly shown based on area code.
- Previously, US and Canada were the only 2 options.
- This means that the respective country is now correctly shown based on area code.
Multiple check-in support for the same appointment
Workflows can now be configured as to how many maximum check-ins can happen for each appointment.
(By default, the value for all existing workflows was set to 1)
When performing check-out, a new field will appear:
When "Expected to return" is set to "yes", the truck can re-enter again under the same appointment, if your process, physical yard setup requires it.
Appointment will require a 2nd check-in, and can then resume as per the assigned workflow's tasks.
(If "Maximum number of check-ins allowed per appointment" is set to 1, this field will not appear in check-in forms)
