What's new:
- Appointment table now has tags
- Appointment custom fields are now available to carriers
- Relevant custom fields were automatically included into the active selection of carriers' appointment table
- All users now see an appointment isn't approved message when opening/previewing it
- Previously, only "Approve Appointments" roles had this prompt
- Meant to address ease-of-use
- Appointment-related errors messages are now more informative (when appointment ID is already used, for example, users are clearly informed/relevant fields are highlighted in red)
- Carriers (Partners) can now be selected and assigned to a workflow, offering carrier-specific schedule rules to be created
- When a new user is invited/uses client's appointment link, their company is automatically included into the Partners list
- Existing clients had their entire Account network migrated
- Availability for appointment creation (for carriers) is now decided based on the workflow/schedule they are included into
- By default, everyone is assigned the "Default" schedule
- If carrier company was assigned a personal schedule, it overrides the default schedule
- Tasks that were manually added/added via task groups can now be filtered by selecting the appointment's original workflow
- Previously, manually added tasks weren't tied to the workflow of the appointment, making it difficult to filter/analyze them
- Improved task completion time calculation by implementing a new variable
- Previously, used the timestamp from activity log
Fixes:
- Fixed a conflict between yard/schedule working hours (availability was shown based on yard working time, but was only bookable based on what the schedule indicated)
- Fixed users not being able to check-in via truck plate numbers (non-yard clients)
- Fixed a scrolling issue in the appointment creation form calendar
- Improved websocket performance when switching tabs
- Meant to address reports about new entries not appearing in Yard maps/Appointment or Task tables (when a new appointment/task is created)
- Fixed auto-capitalization breaking input (missing parts of input) in the self-check-in/out form
- Fixed admins not being able to edit custom fields/warehouses due to permission-related issues
- Preventative migration performed for all users to address the issue for all existing users
- Shipment fields (in list-view/filters/etc,) are now translated correctly
- Addressed data sync problems where check-in didn't feed data back to Appointment/Task tables
- Fixed filtering by "checked-in/out" dates
- Previously, would display results based on "Created at" instead of the relevant timestamp
- Fixed incorrect timezone being used to display timestamps in Reservation list-view (if compared to previewing check-in/out tasks via reservation)
- Fixed destination yard/workflow info missing when editing transfer tasks
- Previously, made the tasks uneditable due to missing info
