What's new:
New reservation alert
- Carriers can now be notified if reservation doesn't have relevant documents attached X minutes before reservation starts.
- Alert needs to be created manually
- Notifies (un)registered carriers based on email address used to make the reservation
- Works based on the reservation workflow assigned, separate alerts are possible as a result
Doc attachment indicator
- Reservations that have documents attached are visually marked in calendar view with a new icon.
Attachment bulk download (new UI)
- Implemented bulk download logic inside reservation preview.
- An email export with selected documents will be generated and sent to the requester.
Yard/task waiting area logic
- Waiting area logic for yards implemented.
- Users are now able to mark a waiting area
- If "Move to" locations of a task are all occupied, vehicle is automatically directed to the waiting area
- Creates a 2nd move task. One for the waiting area, one for the original location
- Original location task is placed in a "queued" state
- Vehicles are placed in a queue (FCFS)
- Once the original destination frees, 1st vehicle in the queue will be directed to the now free location
- Since the location is now freed, the task is removed from the queued state
- Task is now marked as "ready" via the the "Readiness" column
- SMS/notifications are sent to assignee
- It can now be accepted/started (or auto-completed based on workflow settings)
Appointment creation without truck/trailer info
- Truck and trailer fields can now be hidden from the appointment creation form
- Used in cases where there is no info that can be provided for them in the initial appointment creation stage
- Allows to finalize appointment creation without these fields
Email attachments
- Emails can now be attached to the documents section of reservations
- .pst, .eml and .mbox file formats supported
V2 Reservation flow
- Reservations can now be made by selecting a workflow and the associated schedule
- In such cases, user is prompted to select the workflow when trying to book
- Associated schedule is used to generate availability
New attachment field capabilities
- "Camera Capture Only" for file custom fields
- Instead of uploading a file, user is prompted to take a live picture via their mobile device
- Allows to make on-site pictures during inspections and to immediately upload into the field
VUE3:
New Reservation UI (VUE3)
- Multiple URL improvements to ease navigation between old/new interface
- Minor visual improvements
- Fixed bugs when switching to the new version caused loading loops
Ongoing work migrating TMS/Shipments module.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed instances of location info mismatch when previewing task info
- Fixed issues of carriers not having access to reservations made from their appointments
- Removed reservation transfer button being accessible to carriers
Fixed an issue where timezone and the associated country changed the 1st day of the week for schedules, affecting availability
