New features&Improvements

Improved filter management

  • Company administrators can now modify and manage all table filters.

    • Previously, one the filter's creator was able to do that.

      • Implemented to streamline filter management.

Reservation calendar filtering

  • Users can now filter calendar by load/transport type.

Reservation ID as SMS variable

  • SMS templates can now be programmed to include {reservation ID}

Interval column (Appointments)

  • Appointment table updated to include a new column - "Interval".

    • Easier way to quickly preview which schedule interval was used to create an appointment. 

Warehouse appointment import

  • Improved import logic to allow bulk imports of warehouse appointments.
    • Based on enabled features, users are prompted to select a warehouse, or yard when starting the import process.

Unplanned order utilization widget

  • New Dashboard widget created to help track how many unplanned orders were used by carrier/warehouse/date.

Other improvements

  • Task creation safeguards: button cooldown logic was extended to task groups to prevent accidental duplicate creation.

  • Workflow flexibility: check-in workflow steps can now support optional assignee behaviour, allowing execution by any eligible operator when no specific assignee is set.

 

Bug fixes

Reservations

  • Fixed late alerts being transferred where a late reservation was being copied.

  • Fixed missing change-selection button on mobile.

  • Fixed an issue where internal ramps were incorrectly displayed to carriers.

  • Fixed SMS automation bugs where they wouldn't trigger.

  • Fixed reservation end-time not populating for overnight reservations.

Appointments

  • Fixed appointment export generation issues.

  • Corrected interval reset behaviour during appointment creation.

  • Improved error and validation messaging.

  • Fixed guest appointment creation errors.

Shipments

  • Update draft functionality restored
  • Fixed missing expected/planned (un)loading dates in specific views.
  • Fixed broken in-app shipment notification links.

File Imports

  • Fixed large file imports becoming unresponsive or crashing in Unplanned Orders and Shipments.

  •  Corrected shipment file validation so unloading address and country are not incorrectly required when Warehouse UUID is provided.

Multiple minor bug fixes and stability/UX improvements.
