GoRamp Release Notes — v.2.147.0
Release date: Aug 6th, 2026
General improvements
Yard map search/filtering
- Search window can be used to quickly locate entries based on custom field values.
- Custom field values can now be saved in pre-defined filters.
Driver check-in form T&Cs
- Workflows can now be amended to include Terms&Conditions.
- When present, they will appear as a tick box when drivers check-in.
- Driver must read through the entirety and accept them before they are allowed to proceed with finalizing the check-in.
- Custom text can be inserted for each workflow individually.
Appointment draft edits
- Drafts can now be updated.
- Each field can be amended separately as needed.
- Can be used to amend the draft, without finalizing it.
- Previously, only way to edit was to fill the entire form, converting the draft into an appointment.
- Can be used to amend the draft, without finalizing it.
Unit quantity displayed in calendar view
- Unit count (ex. 20 pallets) is now included in calendar reservation preview.
- For this to show, "Load type" must be selected to display in calendar.
Task duration improvements
- Planned duration is now available for all tasks types excluding check-in/out.
- Allows for easier planning and serves as guidance on expected task completion for yard workers.
- Can be pre-defined via workflows, task groups, etc.
- Can later be amended for pending/in-progress tasks.
- Available via task preview/task table/task exports.
- Value is inserted in minutes and then converted to HH:MM format.
Reference ID & Workflow names in reservations
- Users can now choose whether the reservation form included reference ID.
- Reference number can be hidden.
- If displayed, a separate setting can be enabled to display the name of the workflow.
- Displays the workflow for reservations made from an appointment.
Settings are configured separately for each ramp:
Partner invites feature hyperlinks
- Option to include hyperlinks in partner invites was introduced in cases where internal materials/sources need to be included for convenience.
Load types display which warehouses they are used in
- A new drop-down is available that shows which warehouses use X load type:
Flexible driver check-in via Order Number
- "Order number" system field now automatically supports the option to accept partial input.
- Addresses cases where multiple identifiers are included in the order number.
- Separator "||" must be used to allow partial input to pass.
- Addresses cases where multiple identifiers are included in the order number.
- For example, an order number "Order#1||Load#2||Ref#123" is included in a reservation and is used for driver check-in.
- Driver can use "Order1", "Load#2" or "Ref123" separately to continue checking-in.
- As long as "||" separator is used, the complete entry is not necessary.
- Driver can use "Order1", "Load#2" or "Ref123" separately to continue checking-in.
Only works when "Order number" system field is used for checking-in.
