Improvements to appointment logic
Appointment ID (Reference ID) is now displayed in the "zero" ramp of the calendar for convenience
Approval can now be enabled for each individual workflow
No longer a global setting. Allows for more flexibility
Appointment share link now has a separate logic for new users
Prompts to log in/register
Auto-redirects back to the appointments page after logging in/registering
Creates a relationship with the shipper company
Imported drafts (from excel) are no longer auto-approved
Appointment approvals were reworked to be based on workflows
Each workflow now has a separate setting to manage whether approval is needed
If a draft is completed and turned into an appointment, approval logic is taken from the relevant workflow
Mandatory (required) custom fields from tasks groups can now be added with no value during task insertion
Values will be required when the task is being worked on*
Carriers now see "Yard" as a column in their appointments table
Added to active column view by default for all carrier/supplier accounts
Added a dynamic refresh event to the appointment preview when inserting task groups
Appointment share link now adds carriers to the default schedule automatically
Adjusted carrier permissions when working with appointments
Carrier can no longer delete appointments created by the shipper

Editing drafts now shows availability calendar when converting to an appointment
It's now possible to map and import custom fields
Dynamic list of entries is created from all custom fields added to current workflows
After a draft is converted (and workflows is selected), only fields tied to that workflows will be displayed in the final appointment
Overview step of the appointment import process now shows invalid records that won't be imported and the relevant line numbers

Added a detailed alert when deleting load types to prevent user mistakes and warn of data loss
