There might be a few reasons for this:
1) The carrier/partner has not used the invitation yet;
- Clarify with the carrier/partner if they have finished the registration
2) The carrier/partner chose to register through tms.goramp.eu without using your invitation; thus, no relationship between you and the carrier has been created.
- In such case, share a warehouse link with them to create a relationship.
