How do I invite my colleague?
You can invite Company Employees to GoRamp by navigating to the bottom left corner of the system and clicking the “bubble” icon with your initials.
A new menu will appear, in which, you will be able to choose “Invite new Employee”.
You will be then taken to a page displaying all your current company employees, at the top right corner, you will see a button “Invite new employee”
This button will take you to the new screen where you can select the desired role for the invitee and add users in-bulk:
Once you send out the invite, it will appear in the page under “Pending invitations”
Here, you can re-send the invite or delete it.
What does the invitee see and need to do?
An email will be sent to the employee. They can finalise the process by clicking “Register”.
Your company data will be filled out already, they just need to create a password and provide their contact details.
Once the invite is used, the employee will appear under “Company Employees”
Automatic approval
You can also set automatic approval for people with your company's trusted domains.
This is something we highly recommend setting up, if you have many people working with the system. Otherwise, you will need to invite/approve every new employee before they can sign in.
If you go to "Settings/Company Information", there will be a subsection allowing you to create a selection of whitelisted domains to facilitate automatic approval:
Simply enable the option and add your company's domains as needed to streamline the process.
An employee has registered manually (without invite), but can't access the system, why?
Most likely, they will be presented the following message when trying to access the system:
This is done as a security measure to make sure you only approve people who are actually working with your company. The approval is done in the “Company employees” page - you will see an action “Approve” near a newly registered account.
The list of users who are waiting for confirmation will be at the top of the "Company Employee" page. Find the user, and click "Confirm".
Click "Yes" in the dialog box.
Done! The user is now confirmed. They will be able log in to the system now.
