There might be a few reasons for this. Let's cover some of the most common causes.

What does the user need to do after receiving an invitation?
They need to confirm the invitation and finalise the registration.
Once you invite a new user to your company, they will receive an email from no-reply@mail.goramp.eu The user then needs to click on the "Register" button to finalise the process.
Company data and their email will already be present.
They just need to indicate:

If a user does not go through this process, the will see an error message when trying to access the system:
How can I manage invitations?
There are also 2 sections in "Settings" > "Company employees" you can make use of:
Pending Invitations shows which users still didn't accept the invitation and finalised the registration. You can also use it to resend the invitation if needed, or cancel invitations that weren't actioned yet.
Blocked users can be used to limit access to past employees.
Other scenarios
Our system assigns users to companies based on the user's initial selection during registration, or the CRN/EIN numbers the user has specified.
If the employee registered manually through app.goramp.eu/auth/register and entered incorrect company details, our Support Team will need to manually re-assign them to the correct company, so you will need to reach out to us.
