What are the possible causes for not receiving notifications and how to solve them?
1. Notifications/emails not enabled in the settings
This is the most common cause of this issue, therefore, we encourage you to double-check your account’s settings before moving on to the other possible solutions:

2. Incorrect email address
Verify that the email address associated with your account is correct. If there's a typo or the email address is outdated, you won't receive notifications.
- You can double-check it by going to Settings > My Account.
- If you do notice a mistake, you can correct it by clicking on “Change email address”.
3. Emails landing in spam/junk
Sometimes emails may land in your spam/junk folder. If you find them in the spam folder, mark them as "Not Spam" to help future notifications reach your inbox.
- You can also try searching for emails within your inbox with the search word “GoRamp”.
- It’s recommended to add our email address (no-reply@mail.goramp.com) to your email provider's whitelist or safe sender list. Instructions for whitelisting can typically be found in your email provider's settings.
4. Your email provider/inbox admin not allowing external emails through
In some cases, large companies only allow internal emails to be received into your work inbox. If you suspect this might be the cause for you, reach out to your IT administrator and ask them to make an exception for GoRamp’s emails.
