What are the possible causes for not receiving email and how to solve them?
Step 1: Check Your Email Inbox
- Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails can be mistakenly filtered into the spam or junk folder. Check these folders to see if the invite was incorrectly classified.
- Promotions Tab (Gmail): If you are using Gmail, the invite might be in the Promotions tab.
Step 2: Check Email Filters and Rules
- Email Filters: Ensure that you do not have any filters or rules that might automatically move emails from GoRamp to another folder or delete them.
- IT Department: If you are using a work email, your IT department may have email filters or firewalls in place that could be blocking the invite. Contact them to ensure emails from GoRamp are allowed.
- Whitelist Email Address: Add the no-reply@mail.goramp.eu email address to your contacts or whitelist to ensure future emails are not filtered out.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
- Correct Email: Confirm that the invite was sent to the correct email address. Ensure there are no typos or errors.
- Resend Invite: If the email address is correct and you still cannot find the invite, you can request a new invitation.
Step 4: Manual Registration
If you have followed all the steps above and still cannot find the invite, you can manually register for the GoRamp system:
- Go to the GoRamp Registration Page.
- Fill in your details as requested on the registration form.
